Processing Time All our frames are handmade and personalized to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Times

Netherlands: 1–3 business days after dispatch

Rest of EU: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Outside EU: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services outside our control. During busy periods (e.g. holidays), production times may be slightly longer.

Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at glowza.eu@gmail.com with photos of the damage so we can make it right.
